We have 3 Types of Patients and 3 Types of Diet Plans for them how to send when a particular patient buys our treatment plan. How to categorize them?

We want:-
When 1- Piles Patients buy our treatment plan- Send a "FREE Diet Plan for Piles Patient" (Pdf) File via Whatsapp (AI Sensy is already used).
When 2- Fissure Patients buy our treatment plan- Send a "FREE Diet Plan for Fissure Patient" (Pdf) File via Whatsapp (AI Sensy is already used).
When 3- Fistula Patients buy our treatment plan- Send a "FREE Diet Plan for Fistula Patient" (Pdf) File via Whatsapp (AI Sensy is already used).

To achieve the use case you mentioned, I recommend using the Router feature in the action step of your workflow.

With the Router, you can set conditions to route the data based on specific criteria. This will allow you to handle different scenarios and actions based on the conditions you define.
