As we looked into the given history log, it seems like you are not getting the email address, phone number from your Instamojo's. Because of that, the number is not getting added to your Whatsapp.
Kindly check the Webhook Setting in your Instamojo account. Else you can try Instamojo's "Get Payment Details" for further details.
