Could you please confirm whether you have added the Webhook Callback URL and Webhook Token in Meta and enabled all the toggles under "Subscribe"?
We can see that the number 9302195939 was connected using the Manual Token method, so these steps are necessary.

After completing the above steps, you will also need to go to API Setup again and generate a new access token — however, you do not need to add this token anywhere.

Please confirm if all these steps have been completed.
