Incorrect Info Reflecting in Chatflow

In my admin dashboard unassigned shows 0 and assigned to twinkle shows 10
In Twinkle's dashboard unassigned shows 25 and assigned to her shows 3
Please check why this variance? attached screenshot

logically twinkle's dashboard shouldn't show any unassigned or at max can show what is actual in admin dashboard

Hello @taxajca
We have checked this on our end by logging into both the admin account and Twinkle Jha’s account. Under Team Queues for Twinkle Jha:

• In the admin dashboard, the number of unassigned items under Twinkle's team queue is showing as 6.
• When we logged into Twinkle Jha’s account and accessed the Team Members section, the same count of 6 was reflected.

This indicates that the numbers are now consistent from both ends.
