Invalid number format

Hello friends, I greet you warmly from Mexico... I just purchased Chatflow and I'm beyond excited. However, at the end of my attempts to register my first WhatsApp number, it won't let me complete the entire process, but I get a message saying: "Invalid phone number format," despite using my correct international MX area code, etc.

Could you please guide me on what to do in these cases?

I sent the video in response to the email I received via Gmail. I also tried copying it here, but even after compressing the video, it tells me that your server doesn't allow it to be uploaded.

You can use any screen recording tool on your desktop or laptop, upload the video to Google Drive, ensure the sharing settings are set to "Anyone with the link can view," and then share the video URL here.

Just looking at your last message, I was going to send the video via Google Drive URL, but I see it's already been resolved (with the video by email I suppose)... now in Chatflow I only see the word "Rejected" next to the name of the Facebook account linked to the cell phone number, but I guess that's fine because it already says "Active" on the other side.

Yes, the status shows "Rejected" because the display name associated with your WhatsApp Business account was rejected by Meta.

To avoid any issues with sending message templates in the future, we recommend requesting a new display name from your Business Manager. Once approved, it should help ensure smoother message delivery going forward.
