This error message indicates that the Facebook user trying to perform an action does not have enough permission to do so. The user might need to be added as an administrator for the page, or if the page requires two-factor authentication, the user must enable this security feature in order to access administrative features.

Could you please check whether the lead ad form is associated with the respective Facebook account or not, you have connected with the Facebook account in which the Lead ad form has been created.

I have been given access to "Leads Access" on Meta, but im getting the same error.

Im getting this error when I do a test submit on the developers tool. Could this be causing the error?

Hey @yang_yang74

Can you please try recapturing the webhook response from your Facebook Lead Ad form and then check?

To make this work, it's important to connect with the right Facebook account. If the one you're using isn't the admin or owner of the Facebook Lead ad, it won't function properly. In terms of using the Facebook Lead ad API in the automation, you would also be required to disable the 2FA in your Facebook account.

Typically, setting up the Facebook Lead ad trigger event is a quick process. However, due to your CRM and account not being configured, you're receiving an empty data response. I recommend watching the provided video lessons and attempting to establish the new connection for your Facebook lead in incognito mode on your browser.
