Leadconnector v2 Create/Update User doesn't update Permissions

using the Create User workflow via Leadconnector V2, and the users I am creating are not populating with any permissions, see attached images.

Same thing happens with Update User. I was able to update the users Name but not the Permissions.

Please assist as we need this urgently to work
