Currently, this is not possible. If your number is already active on the
WhatsApp Business App, you cannot connect it to Pabbly Chatflow using the
Manual Token (WhatsApp Cloud API) method simultaneously.
To use the manual token connection, you would first need to
migrate the number from the WhatsApp Business App to the WhatsApp Cloud API. Once migrated, the number will no longer function on the mobile app.
If you want to use the same number on both
Pabbly Chatflow and the WhatsApp Business App, we recommend using the
WhatsApp Connect method instead, which supports this use case.
