Hi! I hope you are great :)
I just received an email about an error regarding execution of a workflow.
I don't know why it was triggered since according to my PSB I did not received an order.
Can you please explain this to me?

I had a discussion with the technical team, and they informed me that you need to reconfigure the trigger step with the correct trigger event. This should fix the issue you are encountering.
