Would it be possible to add Moxie triggers for "Tickets Created" and "Ticket Closed" (or Ticket Resolved).
Use case: Id like to set up a workflow in which Ticket Requests are automatically imported to a Google sheet for website clients to create an ongoing list of change requests.
