Multi Tier Affiliate

Please Enlighten me.

I Created a product and have created 2 tier affiliate model.
I have auto approved that all customers are affiliate.

Now suppose my first customer(Andy) refer another person (Bret) to buy product using coupon, and the person (Bret) buys it, is Bret automatically then sub affiliate to Andy or we need to manually do it somewhere, and the if Bret refer to another person (Cindy), she then is sub affiliate to Bret. like a chain.?

Thanks for sharing the details of your use case.

As you’ve mentioned, you’ve set up a 2-tier affiliate model and enabled auto-approval for customers to become affiliates. In this setup:

• When your first customer, Andy, purchases a product, they are automatically approved as a Tier 1 affiliate.
• If Bret then purchases the product using Andy’s affiliate link, Bret becomes both a customer and a Tier 2 affiliate under Andy.
• However, if Cindy purchases the product using Bret’s affiliate link, she will become a customer but not an affiliate, since your current setup supports only 2 tiers.

So in short, the affiliate chain is automatically handled up to the second level (Tier 2), and no manual intervention is needed. Beyond that, additional levels won’t be created unless you extend your affiliate structure.

For your reference, Pabbly Subscription Billing supports up to 10 tiers in the affiliate model, if you wish to expand this in the future.
