My Pabbly flow is only sending the dummy text from the revieved email

I have a flow monitoring incomingemail, which then uses a splitter to extract spesifics and then set up a Jira task, the tasks are being created but only ever with the dummy text.

Hello Aaron,

Thanks for reaching out.

As we checked the shared workflow URL, we found out that you have not mapped the trigger response in the Text Formatter action; instead added the text manually by pasting it in the box, which made it static. Kindly map the body text of the email in the Text Formatter action and remove the existing text.
