We operate a UK-based minicab service and are looking to automate our booking process using Pabbly Connect.

Our goal is to create a workflow that works like this:

• A customer submits a booking through our website.
• The booking details are automatically sent to Google Sheets.
• A confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp message are sent to the customer.
• The booking is forwarded to our dispatch team.
• If possible, we'd also like to notify the assigned driver automatically.
