BUG "Fields are required"

I’m having an issue with the WhatsApp step in Pabbly Connect. It shows the error “Fields are required” even though all required fields are filled and mapped correctly.

At first, I thought Pabbly was using an old webhook response, so I created a completely new form and captured a new webhook response from scratch. This new webhook has only one response, so there are no old responses that could be causing a mapping conflict.

However, the same error still occurs. All WhatsApp template fields have values, but Pabbly still says that required fields are missing.

Could you please check why Pabbly is detecting empty/required fields when all the fields are populated?

The issue happens when I clone routes. After cloning a route, I cannot save any WhatsApp number because Pabbly keeps showing the “Fields are required” error, even though all required fields are filled in correctly.
