Your Task History ID

I created a new workflow 1-2 days ago. Today my task quota is exhausted because the workflow ran again and again.

Trigger: New subscription in WooCommerce
Action 1: Delay 1 min
Action 2: Retrieve customer in WooCommerce
Action 3: Add customer to automation in ActiveCampaign

There was only 1 new subscription, so I don't understand why the workflow ran multiple times. Appreciate your help and restoring my task quota if possible. Thank you

Hey @davidw

Could you kindly provide us with the task history IDs where you've observed a webhook response similar to the one from WooCommerce multiple times?

This will allow us to investigate the matter and provide you with the appropriate assistance.

I don't understand what you want. There has been only 1 triggering event, but my workflow ran multiple times. Do you want access to my website to view the trigger event (new WooCommerce Subscription)?

My Pabbly account email ID is [email protected]. Just login and click History, you will see all the Task History.

Upon reviewing the two most recent task history IDs, it becomes apparent that the line items contain distinct and unique items.

This observation arises from a comparison of the incoming data from WooCommerce.
