   Too many tasks are getting consumed, on my flow want to reduce them.

We have reviewed your workflow and checked the task consumption. The workflow is not consuming a large number of paid tasks with each execution.

As shown in the Task History, each execution consists of 46 steps, out of which 43 are free tasks and only 3 are paid tasks. Therefore, only 3 tasks are deducted from your allotted task limit for each execution. The remaining 43 free tasks do not consume your paid task quota.

So, there is no need to reduce the number of steps from a task-consumption perspective, as the majority of the steps are already free.
