Let's begin from start.


I've a retail store of timber and plywood, with variety of clients and types of languages, and product used by them.


Till now I have created a Google form which will transfer the filled data to a Google sheet.


Like

Client name

What's app number

Type of Client (drop down box) {with 6 choices}

Material required (drop down box) {with 4 choices}

Language Preference (button) {with two 2 choice)

Address


The broadcast will depend upon the

1. Type of a Client

2. Material required

3. Language Preference


I want as soon as form is filled ->

Google sheets gets updated with new set of data ->

For each combination I want a sequence of template messages to flow.


Kindly guide through this.

How will wati integration with Google sheet will work with pabbly connect


And then how can pabbly help me with integration ?

Like how can I properly use the route method, how can I use filter method, how can I use condition method

So that the whole process would take minimum action triggers.


Ex.

Client name - Chirag Jangid

What's app number - 91969409588

Type of Client - Enquiry Customer

Material required - Door Frame

Language Preference - English

Address - Pal Road, jodhpur


After submitting this


I want pre defined sequence of templates to be sent to be sent person with registerd what's app number.


And also same if any new data is entered.

You can setup your workflow in a manner similar to this to achieve your use case:

You can add more routes to your Router depending on the options you have. In each of these routes, you would have to set up a 'Wait' action step.

Can I use router and in that if condition is true then again a router ? And then filter ?
