Need help configuring Zoom to Google Drive dynamic folder routing

Hi Pabbly Support Team,

I am trying to build a workflow that automatically routes completed Zoom cloud recordings into specific Google Drive folders based on the Zoom Host's Email and the current month.

I have already pre-created the exact folder structure in my Google Shared Drive (Main Folder = Host Email -> Subfolder = "august - 2026").

Here is the 6-step logical flow I need help setting up:

1. Zoom: Configure Webhook (Recording Completed)

2. Date / Time Formatter: Format the Zoom recording date to "MMMM - YYYY"

3. Google Drive (Search a Folder): Search for the folder matching the Zoom Host Email

4. Google Drive (Search a Folder): Search for the lowercase month subfolder inside the folder found in Step 4

5. Google Drive (Upload a File): Upload the video to that exact month subfolder.

I am specifically struggling with setting up the nested folder search (Step 5) and properly mapping the Download URL combined with the ?access_token= for the final upload step.

We have checked your workflow, and we recommend using the Google Drive → Upload a File action instead of the Upload Large File (Legacy) action for this setup.

Regarding the mapping of the Download URL along with the ?access_token= parameter, could you please share a screen recording over support@pabbly.com showing the exact issue you are facing while configuring this mapping?
