NBFC Advisory — Question ·
Hi Pabbly Support Team,

We are reaching out regarding the "Outstanding Order" amount shown on our Client Portal dashboard for our Pabbly account registered under [email hidden].

When the currency is set to USD, the Outstanding Order shows as $115. However, when viewed in INR, it shows as ₹58,609.42, which doesn't match the expected converted amount (₹115 at current exchange rates would be roughly ₹9,500–10,000, not ₹58,609.42).

Could you please help clarify:
1. What exactly does the "Outstanding Order" amount represent, and why is it currently showing as overdue/outstanding on our account?
2. Why is there such a large discrepancy between the USD and INR figures shown for the same order — are these two separate outstanding amounts, or is this a display/conversion error?

Screenshots of both views are attached for reference.

Looking forward to your clarification.

Thanks,
NBFC Advisory Team

Hello NBFC Advisory Team,

Thank you for reaching out to Pabbly Support.

Here is a breakdown of why these amounts are appearing on your Client Portal dashboard:

1. Why Outstanding Orders Appear

An Outstanding Order reflects unpaid invoices or pending recurring orders generated for past or expired plans on your account. When a plan expires or a renewal order is initiated but payment isn't completed, the system tracks the balance as an outstanding order until it is either paid or removed.

2. Discrepancy Between USD and INR Amounts

The figures $115 (USD) and ₹58,609.42 (INR) are separate pending order totals for different plans created under different currencies/merchant entities:

  • USD View: Shows pending/expired subscription orders billed in USD under Magnet Brains LLC.

  • INR View: Shows pending/expired subscription orders billed in INR under Magnet Brains Software Technology Pvt. Ltd.

The currency toggle filters and displays the total outstanding balance specific to that currency entity rather than converting between currencies dynamically.

Next Steps / Solution

If these correspond to old or expired plans that you do not intend to renew or pay, please let us know and confirm if you would like us to remove or cancel these pending orders from your account. Once removed, the dashboard totals will clear accordingly.
