Pabbly Connect Integration Simpro - Potential Syntax Issue

Hi,
We've been advised by SimPro Developer Support that there's an issue with the Simpro Integration by Pabbly.
As referenced here by another user with a similar issue:
Simply put, it asks us to enter in the family & given name. Even if we insert the sample format which SimPro report back in their error it doesn't work.

In the Simpro action step, you need to pass the tag id instead of the name which is available in the dropdown.
