Pabbly connect randomly ran over 1000 tasks

Hi There,

I set up a simple automated invoicing system which consists of 5 tasks. All of a sudden I got spammed with hundreds of emails as Pabbly connect ran over 1000 tasks with no information over a 3 minute period. It seemed to have stopped now but now I have lost a big amount of allocated tasks that could have been used.

Please assist asap.

Please confirm how you're entering the data in Google Form? Further your task has been reset for this time.

The form gets sent out via a link on a closed group.

The workflow is set up via this method.

I checked and there were no forms completed via google forms that was suppose to trigger the workflow.
It seems as though the form completion step that triggers the automated workflow was skipped completely and the Pabbly connect application just executed tasks on it's own.

I tested the workflow out again and everything executed perfectly except the last step of sending out the email with attachment with the below error message.

It says that the task was carried out but it does not send the email or the attachment.

It usually happens when you are including personalized attachments to your emails, and have exceeded the quota for that day.

Indeed, due to restrictions from the Google side, the sending limit drops to 100 emails / 24 hours when you have attachments in your emails, and if you are using a Gmail account. This limit also applies when you are under a paid plan. i.e. Google Workspace account (and therefore, you won't be able to send more than 100 emails/day).

You can look up the daily limits here.

Thank you for the prompt response, and clarification.

It is very unfortunate that this issue with Pabbly caused the daily limit on mails sent to be exceeded as this is a whole day that replies have to be manually sent out defeating the purpose of an automated system.

The support though is very appreciated.

Yes because of the earlier issue we faced, your Gmail quota got exceeded somehow. We need to wait for the next few hrs until your Gmail sending limit gets reset.

We do since apologise for this and hopefully in near future it won't be happening anymore.
