Hello Michelle,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details.
This kind of error (sourceUrl is not accessible / HTTP 404) when passing a File Uploader URL into Google Drive is usually related to how the file URL is generated and mapped between the steps. A few things to check:
1. Open the File Uploader by Pabbly step and click Save & Send Test Request to generate a fresh, direct file URL. As link expires automatically in 20 minutes.
2. Make sure the Google Drive step's File URL field is cleared and then re-mapped to the newly generated File URL output from the File Uploader step (not a file name or ID).
3. Confirm the Google Drive action step is on the latest version of the integration rather than a legacy version, then re-test.
4. Click Save & Send Test Request on the Google Drive step to verify the upload.
If the URL still returns a 404 / not-publicly-accessible page after re-mapping a freshly generated URL, please share the Workflow URL and the action step number on which you are trying to upload the file.
