Pabbly not capturing Paypal data

This question has been asked before. Yet there doesn't seem to be a satisfactory or helpful reply so far.
The videos suggested by support do NOT solve the problem. I've followed the 1st part of the tutorial "Paypal / G-Sheets" to the T, yet nothing!
I've made 2 test payments in Paypal but Pabbly is not capturing the data.
Pls advise!

I'm also having this exact same issue, I've setup correctly and I can see the data coming through on the Instant Payment Notification history but Pabbly isn't capturing my 'Payment Sales Completed' data.

Thanks Stockford. Good to know I'm not the only one having this problem.
Let's hope Pabbly Support has a solution for it.
