Pabbly subscription not working with razorpay

Hey team, need urgent help!
We are not able to collect payments since yesterday using PSB. We are using the Razorpay payment gateway. After the user enters the details, it shows the payment method not found. Please look into this ASAP.

Hey, thanks for updating but there is one more thing that is not working. We initiated cash free for collecting payments as Razorpay was not working but seems like after people pay successfully using cashfree, their payments are not getting captured in pabbly.
We can see the payment as success in cashfree but in pabbly it still shows pending even after 30 minutes.
Please look into this also. Something is wrong since yesterday.

Lots of our customers are encountering this issue now. I also tried a few times, not everyone is encountering this but some people only. Can you please check what is this issue. This happens after they fill their details on PSb checkout page.

Hello Harsh,

We request you to re-integrate the Razorpay Gateway and try again with the Checkout after re-integrate the Razorpay then everything will work fine.
If you will face this same issue again after re-integrating the Gateway then please inform us as soon as possible.

Also, in your Razorpay Account >> Settings >> Applications >> Connected Applications >> it will come with the name Pabbly >> REVOKE ACCESS

So, Please do not Revoke Access otherwise you will face the issue with error Token has been revoked.

Hey Vipin, just noticed one more weird thing with the Razorpay gateway. The redirection that's supposed to happen after the successful payment is inconsistent. It's not even going to the thank you page. Because of that, there is a huge data mismatch in our FB ads dashboard because the conversion event code is on thank you page.

I am attaching the screenshot of what's happening after the successful payment. Please solve this also. Let me know if you need any further help from our end.

Yes please, this is causing a lot of problems. Also when we placed pixel code on thank you page, after redirection from razorpay, it triggered the purchase event 2 times. We were using 2 different pixels but it sent the test event 2 times for single pixel itself. That's not how it is supposed to be working right? Please check this also

We would like to inform you that your issue related to the Razorpay Gateway (redirection to the URL after successful payment) which were not getting redirected to the URL has been resolved, now customer will be redirected to the required URL after successful payment through the Razorpay. So, we request you to please check this once at your end.

Hey vipin, one of my customers sent me this screenshot. In the popup after the redirection happens, the UI of razorpay is not very good, the payment button is not visible at all and users are not able to click it sometimes as it not visible to them. Please check this also and keep me posted.

This gray space is way too much bigger

Hey vipin,

I am not very sure if the redirection is still happening. I am using a workflow where I am passing the data to a webhook from the PSB plan redirection after successful payment. There instead of a webpage, I have used a webhook.

And that workflow is not getting triggered for every payment, hence I am guessing that redirection is not working. Please look into this once again, without that we won't be able to get anything out of it.
