Subject: Urgent: Webhook Trigger Not Working in Auto Birthday Reminder Workflow

Dear Pabbly Support Team,

We have been using an automated birthday reminder workflow via Pabbly Connect for the past 1–2 years, and it has been running smoothly without any issues.

However, today we noticed that the auto webhook trigger is not working. The trigger did not activate, and the birthday reminders were not sent as expected.

There have been no changes from our side in the source application or workflow setup. We have already tried:

  • Re-capturing the webhook response
  • Verifying the webhook URL
  • Checking the workflow history (no trigger received today)
  • Ensuring that the source data is correct and today's birthday data is present
  • Turning the workflow OFF and ON again
Despite these steps, the trigger is still not firing. Kindly help us identify and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
