Paddle Integration currently supports one-time payment. The recurring subscription payments are also supported but it will not be charged automatically. On the billing renewal date, an invoice will be sent to the customer and they will have to pay the invoice manually.
Below are the limitations and features of the Paddle Integration.
1. One Time Payments: All types of one-time payments via Paddle are supported.
2. One Time Payment with Trial: Subscription will be created and activated as a trial. Once the trial expires, an invoice will be generated and the customer needs to pay from the invoice link sent to his email.
3. Subscription Payments: Recurring payments through Paddle are not automated inside Pabbly Subscription Billing. If you create a recurring plan inside Pabbly Subscription Billing, on each billing cycle, a new invoice will be sent to the customer and the customer needs to pay the invoice manually.
4. Payment Refund: Any refund that is required to be done, needs to be done on the Paddle application itself and you will need to record the refund inside Pabbly Subscription Billing manually.
Paddle Gateway Integration
Once the Paddle's gateway is successfully configured under your pabbly subscription payment gateway integration option, it's crucial to add and verify your custom domain instead of using default pabbly custom domain to avoid payment errors during the checkout process.
