paying a referral with razorpay

Suppose i got a sale, I received a referral code in the sales form, and I have database of referral code with referral phone number & upi id. I want to automate commission payment using razorpay. any help ?

Suppose I am selling a service which needs customer to fill a form for the service, in order to promote I am using some affiliate , while filling the form the customer input referral phone number/code.

Affiliate have already filled a form with upi id name phone number in a seperate sheet (1 time task for them)

As soon as the customer fills all details and pay, the referal phone number is lookup in other sheet and the refferal is paid with using my razorpay account into his bank account or on his upi id.
