The original post has links to 4 screen recordings:
1) The 1st Form (in Safari) failing to go to PayPal, and just reloading an empty version of itself:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/126hT8OVLcR5TZOIog_xLJKYRT2IkkiMk/view?usp=drive_link
2) The 1st Form (in Chrome) failing to go to PayPal, and just reloading an empty version of itself:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1K5L7etbQnJZF4Zwo5Jogo--X4wS-f2vV/view?usp=drive_link
3) The 2nd Form (in Safari) which succeeds in opening PayPal, but Safari blocks the PayPal captcha:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MQM7dzeJ5TaZugodA7--gx2AJDwn7MJg/view?usp=drive_link
4) The 2nd Form (in Chrome) which succeeds in opening PayPal, and succeeds in asking the customer to login and pay:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hr0hAmNXqPpdFW25nF8N4N_mtIXSdH13/view?usp=drive_link
This should be enough to compare the 1st Form to the 2nd form, to see why the 1st form fails and the second Form works.
I would prefer if I could make a Payment Form that just works until the class is complete, instead working for 3 months then somehow failing to send customers to PayPal.
I re-posted the links. Can you see the recordings?
Hello,
Thank you for sharing the details and recordings.
We have tested the Portland Form 2 from our end using both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, and the form is currently working as expected. After submitting the form and clicking the Enroll button, we were able to proceed to the PayPal payment page without encountering the blank form/reload issue.
At this point, we are unable to reproduce the reported issue from our end.
Since you mentioned that the issue has occurred with multiple forms and browsers, we would like to investigate this further rather than assume that the form itself is causing the problem. If the issue occurs again, please share the exact form URL that is failing,
We will be happy to investigate this further based on those details.
Thanks & Regards,

Thank you for testing the 2nd form, which (as stated in my previous post) is working. You may learn more from testing Form 1, which is the one that fails.
To clarify the previous video links - Portland Form 1 (the 1st Form) is the one that fails, and videos 1 & 2 show that the re-loading issue occurs on both Safari & Chrome browsers:
1) The 1st Form (in Safari) failing to go to PayPal, and just reloading an empty version of itself:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/126hT8OVLcR5TZOIog_xLJKYRT2IkkiMk/view?usp=drive_link

3) The 2nd Form (in Safari) which succeeds in opening PayPal, but Safari blocks the PayPal captcha:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MQM7dzeJ5TaZugodA7--gx2AJDwn7MJg/view?usp=drive_link
4) The 2nd Form (in Chrome) which succeeds in opening PayPal, and succeeds in asking the customer to login and pay:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hr0hAmNXqPpdFW25nF8N4N_mtIXSdH13/view?usp=drive_link
Videos 3 & 4 show that Portland Form 2 succeeds, so we both agree that Form 2 works as expected. The issue is with Portland Form 1 - the 1st Form.
Please test Portland Form 1, and analyze, trace or reverse-engineer to determine exactly how does it fail to open a PayPal payment page.
It was working until mid-July, and no settings have changed. So why did it start re-loading itself?
Portland Form 1 (click this link to test):
https://forms.pabbly.com/form/share/rqpO-722618609
You can also check Form 1's payment module settings:
https://forms.pabbly.com/view_new/form/rqpO-722618609
Maybe there's something there that is causing this re-loading issue. Maybe it's something in the other settings.
If your tools cannot explain the issue, please send this up to the developers so they can figure this out.
Then have someone reply back with an explanation of why Form 1 just reloads itself instead of going to PayPal, while Form 2 works, even though it is a clone of Form 1.
The goal is to understand why this happened, so we can make sure this does not happen again with any form.
Hi Jay,
Thank you for providing the details.
To help troubleshoot this, could you please re-enter the PayPal API Key and Client Secret in the payment settings for Portland Form 1 and try submitting the form again? Re-authenticating the gateway credentials often resolves authorization failures during the redirect step.
If the issue persists after updating the API credentials, please let us know so we can escalate this directly to our development team to investigate further.

Hi Jay,
I hope you are doing well.
I am following up to see if you had a chance to re-enter your PayPal API Key and Client Secret in the settings for Portland Form 1.
If you've already updated the credentials and the form is still reloading instead of redirecting to PayPal, please let us know so we can escalate this directly to our engineering team for further investigation.
Looking forward to your update!
