Payment integration Stripe Issue

Hello, I have integrated the strip payment gateway. I have tried to pay using a USA credit card. and after payment success, pabbly payment checkout gives me an error (Screenshot attached). After that, I check the stripe payment dashboard it shows me the completed payment (Screenshot attached). But after some time, payment will be refunded. What is the issue here? Please check all screenshots and let me know the solution or help me to solve this error.

My requirement is like, I need to collect payment in USD. And my customer is from India and mostly outside India. So If anyone has the best suggestion. and the easiest way to collect payment please help me here.
