Please cancel auto-renewal of my subscriptions + find my account

ello Pabbly team,

I want to cancel the auto-renewal of ALL my Pabbly subscriptions, but I cannot
find a cancel button in my account, and I am not sure which email the account
is registered with. Please identify the account by these card charges:

1) Monthly subscription, 19.00 USD, charged on the 17th of every month
   to Mastercard ending 7272. Last charge: 17 Sep 2026 (descriptor
   "PABBLY.COM LEWES US").
2) Yearly subscription, charged on 16 Sep 2026 (and 16 Sep 2025)
   to Visa ending 9148.

Please:
- cancel the auto-renewal of both subscriptions,
- tell me the email address of the account(s),
- refund the yearly renewal charged on 16 Sep 2026 – the renewal was
  unintended and the service has not been used.

Please confirm by email once done.

If you would like to cancel the renewal of your subscription, you can do so from the Subscription section of your Pabbly account. The email address associated with the account is the same email address you used to post this thread on the forum.

Regarding the refund request, please note that as per our refund policy, refunds can be processed within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Since this is a renewal, I’m afraid we won’t be able to process a refund for the plan.
