Pre-Purchase Inquery regarding tasks calculation

Suppose I receive 1 lead in the Facebook ads lead form.

Now I wish to send the leads to the following:

4 email IDs (3 email id will be prefixed and 1 email id will be the lead's email)

And 4 WhatsApp numbers (3 WhatsApp numbers will be prefixed and 1 WhatsApp number will be the lead's WhatsApp number)


Now my question is:
can I do this with pabbly?
if yes then,

How many tasks will be calculated in this scenario?
is it 2 tasks? As I'm using email & WhatsApp only
or it will calculate as 4+4 = 8 tasks


and while sending 4 emails at the same time, then will every user can see all other email ids who receive the lead or just the sender's email?
