Hi Team,

I’m running a web agency and I’m very interested in your lifetime deal for Pabbly Chatflow. I plan to use it to manage multiple clients’ WhatsApp numbers under a single account and offer it as a service. Before purchasing, I have a few important questions:

  1. Credit Limit Per WhatsApp Number:
    The lifetime deal includes 30,000 credits for the entire account. If I add two clients and one of them uses 29,000 credits, only 1,000 will be left for the second client.
    Is there a way to set a credit usage limit per WhatsApp number so that each client gets their fair share of credits?
  2. Business Owner’s Access to All Chats:
    If I add 5 team members to manage one client’s WhatsApp number, chats are assigned one by one (chat 1 to team member 1, chat 2 to team member 2, etc.).
    How can I allow the business owner to see all chats at once, regardless of which team member they’re assigned to? I want them to be able to monitor team performance in real-time.
  3. Full Access for Clients:
    As an agency, I don’t want to manually manage every client's WhatsApp (e.g., creating broadcasts, flows, importing contacts, etc.).
    If I add clients as team members, can they have full control over their own WhatsApp number? Or will they still need my help for certain tasks?
  4. Custom Permissions Per Team:
    Is it possible to assign different permissions to different teams for the same WhatsApp number?
    For example:
  • Team 1: Can view all chats and reply/send messages.
  • Team 2: Can do everything Team 1 can do, plus create flows.
  1. Permission Bug or Misunderstanding:
    In my trial account, I added a team member with full access and later changed their role to read-only. However, they were still able to create broadcasts and send messages.
    Is this a bug or am I missing something in the permission setup?
I’m seriously considering offering Chatflow to all my clients, but I want to ensure it’s flexible and manageable for agency use. Please help me clarify these points.
