Problem with FB ads insights

Thank you for sharing the complete request and response details.
We checked the request being generated by the Facebook Ads Insights → Get Ad Object Insights action. The request is reaching Facebook successfully, but Facebook is returning:
“(#100) Tried accessing nonexisting field (insights)”
We noticed that the Ad Object being passed is 1217140053925390, while the request is being made with Level = ad.
Please verify whether 1217140053925390 is an actual Ad ID. If this is a Campaign ID or Ad Set ID, the corresponding level should be campaign or adset respectively.
Since you mentioned that the same setup is working in another workflow, we also recommend testing this action with the same Ad Object ID from the working workflow. This will help us determine whether the issue is specific to the object being queried.
Additionally, we tested the Facebook Graph API request directly in Postman from our end. The request also returned the same 400 Bad Request with the error (#100) Tried accessing nonexisting field (insights). This indicates that the error is also occurring when the request is tested directly with Facebook's API, and is not limited to the Pabbly Connect action.
Please share the Ad Object ID and Level from the working workflow, along with the latest Task History ID from the failing workflow. We’ll compare both configurations and check this further.

The Limit field defines the maximum number of insight records that can be returned in a single request. For example, if you set it to 10, Facebook can return up to 10 records.
