Problem with Omnisend integration - Internal Server Error

I have problems pushing leads from Jotforms to Omnisend. After configuring the integrations, I get an internal error. Screenshot attached. Can anybody support?

You need to pass the custom properties in the action step, then only you will able to get the omnisend connection successfully. As of now I have entered the test value and it was running successfully.

Hi Kanal, many thanks. what if I don't need the custom properties? could you make them not-required? (or also at least mark it as required with the red asterix)

Any chance you can make the phone number and male non-mandatory? Usually, when having a lead-capture, we don't have this information... Just first name and email-address. Or are they mandatory by Omnisend? Because I can add omnisend subscribers manually without these information.

We have now removed the email and phone number from the mandatory field. But it will be mandatory to fill at least one field either email or phone. Kindly check the details and let me know if you have any questions or comments.
