Quick reply template messages not delivered through Chatflow flow

Hi,

Step 1 - I am triggering initial template messege through pabbly connect and through chatflow action.
this is a template messege with quick reply.
Step 2 - and then subseqent template messeges through chatflow flow.
the flow simply should trigger through quick reply messege.

The first step executes properly but step 2 template messege is not being delivered. flow history shows that its executed but messege not sent.

I have sent the same messege through pabbly connect-chatflow integration - it works. only through chatflow flows its not being triggered.

Hello @Salil,

Upon checking the shared flow, it seems the nodes aren't connected, preventing the entire flow execution. Please connect both nodes to avoid such issues.

I tried connecting them multiple times. connector disappears after saving the flow.

thank you. meanwhile please help me on this.
I want to send a series of 6 template messeges. each one will be triggered on pre configured Quick reply. I am not able to do it in one flow. am i missing something ?
like in above screenshot i want to connect third template to second template. but i am not able to find any connector there.

Hello @Salil,

You can do it all under one workflow. Once the user replies to the template by any of the quick reply buttons, you can add another node to send the next template.

I had gone through the video. i am following the steps provided. However I do not see connector in second step (its a quick reply template). PFA screenshot

Hello @Salil,

Please note that in a flow to move forward, we require a user interaction or input, so you may add a button or content under the template node so that the user interacts and then the next template gets sent.

There is already a quick reply button added in template. Do I still have to add another button in flow ? I want each template to be triggered once user clicks on the quick reply button.
