Quickbooks Invoice with Deposit Paid at time of booking

Hello,
I use Bookeo to process customer bookings, when customers book they have to pay a deposit. I then generate an invoice in Quickbooks showing the deposit paid into my Paypal account (within Quickbooks).
I can't see how to automate recording the deposit payment in the invoice and that it has been paid to Paypal.
Can you help?
Thanks,
Nigel.

Hello,

Yes, in the image below is a screenshot from my Quickbooks, when I create an invoice for this product manually after a customer makes a booking, in the Deposit field, circled in red, I enter the £100 deposit that a customer pays.

I can't see how to add this deposit value using Pabbly so that I can automate the generate invoice process when a customer makes a booking.

Can you help?
Thanks,
Nigel

Hey @Niggle

We have added the "Deposit" field in the "Quickbooks Online: Create an Invoice" action event. Please check out the action event at your end and let us know if that works for you.
