Regarding Whatsapp reminder series automation with respect to Scheduled Meeting

I have to send sequence of reminders for a meeting scheduled.
Ex: booked time, 26 hours before, 12 hours before, 6 hours before, 1 hour, 15 mins before meeting. (booking happening through day-schedule)

If someone books a session let's say 26 hours before the meeting time. They will get all the reminders. It is working fine

Challenge is: When someone books a session 15 hours before the meeting time, they only get 1st reminder & all ahead reminders in workflow don't go, because the time of the "26 Hours before one is passed & so this reminder can not go through, next steps are not going through then.
I have kept the ignore error enabled.
How do we fix this. Attaching screenshot

Hello @yash123

The issue you're facing occurs because the step delay in the current workflow setup doesn't account for the time already elapsed since the client was added. As a result, the delay ends up being set for a time prior to the user's entry, causing the workflow to stop.

To resolve this, we recommend modifying the workflow to include routes with filters based on the time elapsed. This way, the flow will proceed only if the time is greater than or less than a specific threshold, ensuring the reminders are triggered correctly without interruption.

Hello Preeti, can you share some video tutorial or steps how to create route based on time Greater or less in my situation. That would be helpful.

Hello @yash123

We don’t have a tutorial that exactly matches your situation, but you can refer to this tutorial as it covers a similar use case. It will give you an idea of how to set up the routers:
