I keep receiving the notification about required email field missing. I have followed the steps mentioned in your forum (adding formater step et) but the error persists. Please can you help me?

Hello @Bomeline,

Upon checking the workflow and the step that’s triggering the emails, it appears the issue is due to an incorrect value mapped in that action. Please refer to the attached image for reference.

Kindly map the correct value, save the step, and then re-execute a task history or run a new test to check if the issue persists.
