Response ErrorMessage - Too many webhooks active for this event, please disable unused webhooks.

I get an error sometimes when setting up a Trigger for an App "Too many webhooks active for this event, please disable unused webhooks." even though there are either none other active flows or just one other one. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot? For example when setting up a Tag trigger in the App "Follow Up Boss" I get this error when clicking "Save & Send Test Request".
