If a solution is found to play this link within a browser, I am highly interested to shorten it and use it within another steps in an interactive workflow.

As we can see from your workflow, the Image which was being generated by Facebook wasn't publicly accessible and was showing error from the origin from Facebook itself.

So, we would recommend you to contact the Facebook team for the same.
