Review Reply Step Not Working Since June 19 – Request for Help

Hi Pabbly Support Team,


I am facing an issue with my workflow where the multiple location review reply flow is not working. It was working properly earlier, but it has stopped functioning since June 19.

Could you please try recapturing the response from the trigger once and then monitor the task history to see if it works as expected?

If the issue persists, we recommend creating a new workflow for the same use case to check whether the responses are being captured correctly there.

As suggested, I have recaptured the response and also created a new workflow for testing.

However, I’m still facing the same issue — the test action for "Create Reply (Legacy)" fails and does not send any response.


I’m currently using this action to reply to reviews for multiple business locations, and this issue is affecting my workflows. I have multiple automation flows depending on this feature, so I’m concerned this could impact all of them.

In the 'Review Name' field, you didn't map the value from above, which is why the new reviews weren't being replied to. We have done that on your behalf, and it appears to have resolved the issue.
