Salesflare "New Opportunity" Not Triggering

Hi, I have a workflow set up to trigger on a "new opportunity" in Salesflare. So, it should trigger when I add a new Opportunity in Salesflare.
While editing the workflow, I can test the trigger, and it works, but in real life, it does not. I have created several opportunities in Salesflare, and have not seen the workflow trigger. I created them over the course of an hour, so even if it's waiting 10 minutes, it should have seen them.

Any ideas why it's not working? Any way to test this or track down the issue?

Can you please reconnect the trigger event once and then try again?
