"Send Email" action is failing silently (Task History shows Success)

Hello,

My workflow "Envio de correos a nuevos empleados" is failing, but the Task History shows "Success". The "Send Email (SMTP)" step is not delivering any emails.

I have already done extensive troubleshooting and can confirm the following:

  1. The problem is NOT my SMTP server. I have tried using two different SMTP providers: my own cPanel server and Google's smtp.gmail.com with a generated App Password.
  2. Both SMTP connections are saved successfully in Pabbly without errors.
  3. Even after successfully connecting, no emails are delivered from the workflow.
  4. I have confirmed the issue is NOT the data from my webhook. I hardcoded all the fields in the "Send Email" step (To, From, Subject, and Body) with static text, and the email still does not arrive.
This proves the issue is an internal problem within the Pabbly "Send Email" action itself. Could you please investigate my account and this workflow?
