Send message to Telegram without bot?

Hello! I'm new using Pabbly. Here is the workflow for my client:
1. Client sends email to customer
2. Pabbly email parcer - detect phrase "I will send you a reminder via Telegram chat"
3. CRM - use email from parcer to search customer and find Telegram ID
4. Telegram Bot - using step 3 Telegram ID, send message "Please check your email" via Telegram

It seems to work, however this means I need to have the customer add the telegram_bot. Is there a way the customer can be messaged directly (the customers own Telegram account) without a bot? Thanks

No, the bot needs to be there for sending the message in the group,that's why it integrated as a telegram bot in Pabbly Connect.
