"Send text message" option of WhatsApp Cloud API is not working

Hello guys,

When running the test I see that it was successful but I do not receive the message on my test device, number 5527997744422.

So is there any problem with that option or am I doing something wrong ?

Hi @Carlos Melo,

The 'Send Text Message' action event works only for customer-initiated conversations. That may be the reason why the message is not being received at that particular number.
