Single task consumes 4 tasks

I am using 2 workflows as below:

1. Add data in Google Sheet and Send a Whatsapp Message Template
2. Once i receive a reply in Whatsapp, Send an automated Message Template

Every time these workflows are executed, my account is charged with 8 tasks (4 for no.1) and (4 for no. 2).

I dont understand this. These are very simple one task execution, they why is this happening?

Solved myself. Added a Filter in both Tasks preventing it from executing multiple times.
