Hello,
We schedule appointments for trial classes at a martial arts school.
These appointments take place once a month at different times.
Every interested party who registers is added to a Google Calendar and also added to a Google Sheets list through Pabbly. If they cancel (removed from the Google Calendar), they will be removed from the list.
The goal is to send a reminder SMS to every interested party in the calendar via Clicksend one day before their appointment. But not not to the people, which canceled already in between.
I have successfully set up the process for sending reminders one day before the appointment using Pabbly, Google Calendar, Time Formatter, Google Sheets, Pabbly Delay, and Clicksend.
BUT:
Unfortunately, even those who have canceled before the appointment are now receiving reminder SMS. This is probably because Pabbly processes and stores the contact right away, despite the "Delay function," and does not know if someone has canceled.
I have 2 workflows:
1. Take datas from Google Calendar and plan the sms with pabbly delay and Clicksend.
2. Catch the canceled appointments from Google Calendar and delete from Google Sheets.
QUESTION:
How can I ensure that only those who are still in the Google Calendar at the time of sending (one day before the trial class) receive a reminder SMS, and those who have canceled before then do not receive it?
