Stalled integration development

I was trying to facilitate a new integration between a Pabbly Connect and a legal practice management app called Lawcus, but things stalled because Pabbly Connect doesn’t support custom fields in stringify array format. They only support custom fields in pure array format. I’m not a developer so I don’t really know what this means, but is this something that can worked around or will change in the near future so the integration can be finished?
