I'm triying to add a lead to a leadconnector workflow when someone on stripe finishes a checkout session, i get an error and the contact is nos created or updated.

As we can see from your latest task history, you are getting the response on your workflow for "checkout.session.completed" which seems correct.
So, can you please check the webhook URL once in your Stripe account whether is it still intact or not? And try recapturing the webhook response for the same.
Let us know if the issue still persists.
