subscripion - date and auto deduct money???

Hi Pabbly team,
really like your software.

if you have a weekly substription @ what date is the renewal (date they have signed up?, or can you set a specific date?)
we would like to set the date to always next friday and every friday
Is that possible?

wen the renewal is due
does Pabbly autmaticly decuts payment or send invoice to customer?

Hey Tina,

1. If you have created a subscription that is billed weekly, so the first payment would be collected during the checkout. Next recurring payment would come after 7 days. You'll get the exact billing date in your merchant dashboard.

2. To bill every subscription on a particular date is not possible as of now.

3. It depends on the gateway that you're integrating to collect payments. For example, Stripe allows you to allows auto-debit payments. Incase where auto debit is not possible, Pabbly Subscription Billing sends a payable invoice to the customer on their registered email address through which the customer can make the payment.

my question was not how to install stripe - have done that
the question was and is:
allows auto-debit payments in stripe
no invoice sending on renewal!

Hey Tina, you need not to do anything specific for auto debit. If the user has no SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) on their card. The payments will be auto debited on due dates of recurring payments.
